Leon is a graduate of the University of Alabama Birmingham with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, and English History.

Leon specializes in financial institutions and SEC SOX 404 compliance consulting and auditing. He is also involved in regulatory compliance examinations.

Leon is an Alabama native and enjoys fishing  and spending time with his wife Eileen.
